Terms & Conditions

Application of conditions:
All goods sold by Kazima Perfumers ("we”, "us”, "the company”) are sold under these conditions unless otherwise clearly stated in writing under a separate contract. These conditions will apply to the exclusion of any terms or conditions put forward by the customer. No conduct by the company will be deemed to constitute the acceptance of any terms and conditions other than these conditions.

Storage:
We will be under no liability for any defect in the goods arising from incorrect storage by the customer. As trade users we expect all customers to be aware of appropriate storage conditions for our products. Advice will be given on request.

Out of Stock & Seasonal Shortages:
While every effort is made to keep our complete range of products in stock, we do not accept any responsibility for loss resulting from any out of stock items.

Ownership of goods:
Goods remain the property of Kazima Perfumers until paid for in full. Risk passes on delivery of the goods. We may sue for the price of the goods notwithstanding that ownership has not passed.

Product suitability:
Our products are used for a wide variety of purposes. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the products are appropriately used. All representations, warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purposes, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the company accepts no liability. Customers should satisfy themselves to the suitablity of products before purchase. We make no claims to any reputed therapeutic value of any of our products.

Payments
All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.

Postage and Packaging
All orders for delivery in the USA are charged at the amount shown in the shipping column on the order form. All items are posted by recorded delivery. Please allow 14 days from the time of your order for delivery within the UK (although by using first class / courier services we anticipate deliveries within the UK in 5-8 days of your order).

Returns and Refund Policy
You may cancel your order 24 hrs after ordering by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , and we will re-credit your card, or destroy the cheque. We will endeavour to effect this promptly and within 55 days of your order.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products (specifically All opened and used items will be assessed a 50% restocking fee.), there will be a return fee of 50% of the product price, We regret that we do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges for shipping fee and for items that are damaged/lost during the return delivery process.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on bulk oils. Only the smallest size available for a particular oil will be accepted for return.
