This tree bears about 120 avocados annually. Tropical or temperate climates provides the best climatic conditions to grow and can be grown in sub tropics and equatorial weather conditions.
The avocado oil is very beneficial. It is a rich source of macronutrients. The eatable pulp of avocado contains 8 % to 30 % of non-drying oil. This oil is obtained by pressing the flesh with the help of expeller which is similar to the contraction of almond oil. It is the best source of vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin D, vitamin E,ammino acids, sternols, pantothenicacid and lacithin.
